25th and 26th of March, 2012 Casòn Hirschprunn, Magrè, Alto Adige

Summa brings together quality-conscious wineries from all around the globe. They congregate in Magrè to present their wines parallel to the VinItaly in Verona. The two day tasting event is held at the exclusive historical venue of the Casòn Hirschprunn, a Renaissance palace dating back to the 17th Century. In these unique surroundings, specialists and experts from home and abroad met for a rare opportunity to sample select wines and converse with the winemakers in an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility.

Each year, the event has a different focus. Thus, Summa12 concentrates on Italian wineries. At the same time, the presence of Austrian, German wines as well as Portuguese and Australian wines rounds out the assortment.

Even this year the proceedings will focus on the topic of ecology. Summa12 is being conducted in agreement with the precepts of Green Event Management, which means that such criteria of environmental friendliness as sustainable planning, organization, and implementation are observed.

The aid projects of Help without Frontiers are a specific concern of Summa12. With your entrance fee of 20 Euros you will support Burma’s civil war refugees.
