Italian specialities from various Italian regions have been tasted during “SPEZIALITALIA”, the market of Italian treats and delights, at Palais Campofranco in Bolzano.

31 stands presented from April 28th until May 1st their different products: from the Carrasau bread and pecorino cheese from Sardinia, the cannoli and arancini from Sicily, the mortandela and asparagus from Trentino until the delicious olives and olive oil from Molise.
